Yes you can do exercises that target the muscles in the stomach but doing these and cutting down on your consumption of high calorie foods are not enough.
When you remove the low blood sugar levels, you won’t have the urge for sweets that cause you to keep the weight on. When your blood sugar level is normal, you will have energy to walk and work out. This high energy is what will help you lose weight.
